About us
VILLAGE RECONSTRUCTION AND DEVELOPMENT SOCIETY (VRDS) is a Non-profit, Non-Governmental, Voluntary Service Organisation initiated by committed positively minded, Visionary, Social Worker Mr.Ch.V.Subbaiah, Founder & Honorable Secretary with the cooperation of and support of dedicated social workers came from various sectors of Andhra Pradesh joined together and established for sustainable development of Rural and Urban areas of Andhra Pradesh. VRDS was formed as a General body with 75 members and along with them, it has selected 9 as Governing bodies it was registered on 28th December,1978 under the Societies Registration Act with No.:186/78.

After the attraction of its services, most of the rural and urban people came forward and asked for its services for their area development. After their request, it expanded its activities throughout the Nellore district, Andhra Pradesh, and Telangana States working for the cause of Health, Education, Economics, Environment, Water and Sanitation, Skill Development, Agro and Sustainable Agriculture, and other Human issues. At present VRDS strongly believes and stands on a common vision and mission to uplift men of undeveloped people who are neglected and eliminated from the main development lines for, a longer time. The main vision and mission of VRDS are to take up cause-based issues of Women, Girls, Youth, farmers, and other needy persons who are selected under the targeted communities of Dalith, Tribales, Backward class, Minority, and Economically Backward.
